If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local post office first. USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered a day early or holds them at the post office for pickup.

If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, email us at info@owlpostbooks.com within seven days of receiving it. Please include photos of the box and its contents so we can quickly send a replacement or find another solution.
Your first payment is processed at the time you subscribe. Future renewals are billed on the 18th of the month at midnight (CST), depending on your chosen plan length: monthly, three-month, six-month, or twelve-month.
If your signup date is close to the next shipment, your billing date may be adjusted to ensure you receive your first box before your next renewal.
Customers who subscribe through cratejoy.com will follow the billing terms listed in their initial checkout agreement.

Absolutely, we want to make sure all of our little readers are happy with their box. Simply email us about the title and why the book was not a good fit. We will have you mail back the title/s that are not a good match, and then we will ship a replacement in the next box. However, if an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please email info@owlpostbooks.com with a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to help resolve it.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer dashboard at https://shop.owlpostbooks.com/customer/login.
Cancellations must be made before the renewal charge on the 19th of each month. If you skip or cancel after that date, the change will only stop future renewals and will not cancel any open orders, prepaid subscriptions, or shipments already paid for.
To cancel open orders, please email customer service at info@owlpostbooks.com. Remaining packages will continue to ship on their scheduled dates. Prepaid subscriptions that have already shipped one or more boxes may be subject to a 15% restocking or handling fee if a refund is requested.
To request a refund, please email info@owlpostbooks.com to speak with a customer service representative before returning any packages. Refunds cannot be processed without first contacting our team.
If you cancel your subscription through your customer dashboard and still have remaining boxes in your prepaid term, those boxes will continue to ship as scheduled unless you contact customer service to arrange otherwise.
Customers requesting a refund for a package that has already been received will need to return the package to Owl Post Books. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Owl Post Books does not provide prepaid return labels. Once the returned package is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued minus a restocking fee.
Prepaid subscriptions that have shipped one or more boxes may also be eligible for a partial refund for remaining shipments. These refunds are subject to a handling fee, which covers processing and packaging costs already incurred.
Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returned packages that have been opened or handled.
Handling fee: A 15% handling fee applies to prepaid subscriptions that are cancelled after the renewal has been processed and one or more shipments have been fulfilled.
To use an Owl Post Books gift certificate, enter the special code provided on your certificate during checkout in the promo or discount code box. The amount will automatically be applied to your order total.
